Set within a forest and surrounded by neighboring homes, this minimalist house occupies a long, narrow site. The design maximizes the front portion of the house for the living room, dining room, kitchen, and office, while positioning the remaining functions deeper within the plan.

Set within a forest and surrounded by neighboring homes, this minimalist house occupies a long, narrow site. The design maximizes the front portion of the house for the living room, dining room, kitchen, and office, while positioning the remaining functions deeper within the plan.

A central light well draws southern light into the house, while a living tree within a glazed enclosure brings nature into the heart of the interior.
